WHITE, Hazel Maizie (Choppy). Late of Palm Island. Passed away peacefully at Joyce Palmer Health Service. Loving Wife of Alexander. Loving Mother of Martha and A.J. Cherished Grandmother, Great Grandmother, and Great Great Grandmother. Dearly loved Sister, Aunty, Cousin and Friend to many. Aged 77 Years "Forever In Our Hearts" All Family, Relatives, Extended Relatives and Friends of HAZEL from Palm Island, Townsville, Atherton, Kuranda, Mareeba, Cairns, Yarrabah, Mossman, Wujal Wujal and Rockhampton are respectfully invited to attend her FUNERAL SERVICE which will be held at St Anthony's Catholic Church, Palm Island commencing at 10:00 a.m. THIS FRIDAY 28th OCTOBER, 2016. The Funeral Cortege will then proceed to the Palm Island Cemetery for committal and interment.
