Relatives and Friends are respectfully advised that David’s Funeral Service will commence at 10.00am on Thursday 22nd August 2019, at the Ian Phillips Crematorium Chapel, Malin Road, Sarina. Members of the Freemasons, and Mackay Hospital Foundation are invited to attend. No flowers by Family request. Donations in lieu to Hand, Heart, Pocket. Envelopes available at the Chapel entrance.
