Passed away 19th August 2023.

Aged 77 Years.

Loved father of Jane and Bec.

Proud Poppy of Isabella, Valentina and Alessandro. Loyal friend and brother of Ed and Bill. Best mate of "Alex".

A service to celebrate Tom's life will be held at the Garden Chapel, Albany Creek Memorial Park, 400 Albany Creek Road, Bridgeman Downs, on Friday 1st September 2023, at 10:30am.

Heartfelt thanks to the Oncology and Palliative Care Team at the RBWH. Also, the beautiful staff at St Vincent's Private Hospital, Kangaroo Point.
