Passed away peacefully Friday 5th July 2019, surrounded by his loving family. Aged 40 years.

Loved husband and soulmate to Amber. Adored father to Mariah Jewel and Azaria. Cherished son and son-in-law of Myles and Cate Witt, Jeff and Lynn Hoskins. Brother and brother-in-law to Rusty and Cassie, Sam and Stacey, Olivia and Linda and Jodie. Uncle to Aiden, Bayley, Ruben, Kyella, Hudson, Justice, Boston, Cleo, Levina, Aleesha, Caprice and Tahlia.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral service to be held at the Rockhampton Memorial Gardens, Hartington Street, Nerimbera, Tuesday 9th July 2019 at 2.30pm.
