A memorial service for David will be held on Friday 13 May at 3pm at Elliot Brothers Funerals, 112 Belair Road, Hawthorn. No flowers please. A donation to worldlandtrust.org would be appreciated. A gathering to celebrate David's life will be held at a later date to be advised
