Late of Ipswich formerly Gladstone, passed away on 3rd February, 2020 in Ipswich. A memorial will be held at 1pm Wednesday, 12th February, 2020 at Vision Christian Family Church 58 Gledson St, North Booval.

Tom is survived by his twin Sister Kathryn, his older brother Nathan, Mother Jane and Father Barry.
