A Memorial service will be held to celebrate the life of Patricia on the 9th December 2024 at 1.30pm.
The service will be held at Partridge House, 38 Partridge Street, Glenelg 5045.
This will be followed by light refreshments.
In lieu of flowers; a donation to Dementia Australia would be appreciated.
Could attendees please wear green in honour of Patricia's life.
